The Ontario Ombudsman has identified chronic problems within the Family Responsibility Office respecting the administration of child and spousal support orders.
If this issue has impacted you, please contact our office and join others in addressing this problem. We represent other clients who have suffered FRO administrative errors and have provided the requisite notice to FRO and the Province that a solution is being sought pursuant to the Class Proceedings Act.
